Pizza...Sorta!

Just a short post for today, no pics either (I know you guys like pics LOL). Okay, okay, I have one pic. The usual ho-hum Monday, I managed to do the usual downtown-work and vice versa walk, and the 20x around the office (I did it in 35 mins; pretty quick today). I mustered enough courage to go the gym again, but I was late so it was crowded by the time I got there. I did some leg work and the usual upper body work. I watched the Turbo Kickboxing class (TKB) and remembered the good old days in that class...ahh forget it. I wish it wasn't so crowded. :( I got too hot and tired after 1/2 hr., so I left.

Came home to do Wii Fit again! I managed to unlock Advanced Step course! I needed to be extra careful to not aggravate my plantar fasciitis (step class at the gym is what caused it, the extra weight made it worse), but I think I did okay.

I was craaaaaaaaaaaving pizza after the Wii workout. So I had to be creative...I took sourdough english muffins, then topped them with tomato sauce (I think I'll use tomato paste next time), swiss cheese, turkey slices and the rest of the choy sum (since I didn't have spinach):

I'll have this for lunch tomorrow too. :) Still waiting for the stupid Hurricane-turned-tropical-depression to hit. If it rains, it's going to screw up my walking! ARRRRGH.
