The contest doesn't officially "start" until they take our measurements on Wednesday. But I decided to start on Sunday. I logged everything I ate, managed to get in 45 mins. of Turbo Jam in the afternoon (it was toooo hot to go walking at 9 a.m.)..amazing considering that I haven't done turbo kickboxing since February and absolutely NO exercise since early March! Well, I take that back, we did do A LOT of walking in New York City (I logged 24,000 steps one day!) but I suppose that was negated by the cheesecake and cannolis we ate along the way. Hahahaha!
Today I ate:
Breakfast:
3/4 C. Kashi Honey Sunshine (it kind of looks like Captain Crunch, but is supposedly better for you)
1 C. organic vanilla soymilk
1 apple banana
1 bottle of Aquafina H20 (16.9 oz)
Lunch:
2 TBS chicken salad
1 whole wheat pita
2 manoa butter lettuce leaves
13 rainier cherries (yummy!)
1 bottle H20
Snack:
1 orange
1 oz Pirate Booty (yeah not the best snack but I wanted some)
13 rainier cherries (uh oh, that's too many)
Dinner:
1/2 c. spicy ahi tuna
3 pork ribs (Dad made BBQ, I had to have some!)
1 ear of sweet corn
1 c. rice
