Tired and Crabby and I STILL Walked 4 miles or So

Today will be a short post because I'm crabby. Not sure why; might be hormonal. :p I got off downtown intending to buy a bunch of apple bananas on my way to work when I discovered I forgot my wallet. GRRRR. It was hot, I felt faint (from now on I'll just wear gym clothes to work and then change to work clothes at work) but I still walked. Past the homeless men. Past the stinky urine and crap. Past the drunk and homeless men. I should win an award for the person who has to suffer the most to get to work...then again, I shouldn't complain; at least I have a job.

One of the new engineers baked fresh chocolate chip (I think) cookies...no, I didn't have any, though one of my team members ate 3! I just admired them from afar. I heard they were reeeeeally good though:

I walked to work, walked around the office 20x even though I was dead tired, walked downtown to get home, then walked all the way up to the beginning of The Hill when I flagged the bus down. I was tired!

Breakfast:
same as yesterday, but add a clementine orange

Snack:
1 c . green grapes
boiled egg

Lunch:
same as dinner last nite, but add a pink lady apple

Snack:
1 oat bran bread slice
turkey slice
mozzarella slice
clementine orange...maybe? I can't remember if I ate another one

Dinner:
1 1/2 c. mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini)
4 oz. salmon
1/2 c white rice
Maybe a mango or some blueberries...still debating. Okay I made up my mind...1/4 mango slice.

Did you take your vitamin today??? I like Gummi vitamins, but I know they don't have as much of the recommended daily intake as your normal tablet vitamins. Who cares! I get to have 2 pieces of gummi vitamins! :D

Go for it...eat those gummy vitamins. I like the Omega 3 ones myself.
